Bruce Petersen, LLB. Bruce Petersen trained, qualified and practiced as a New Zealand lawyer and has more than 25 years commercial law experience specialising in construction and engineering contracts, claims and disputes. Bruce has extensive experience in power generation, petrochemical and mining contracts. Based in Malaysia, he has been a consultant to the firm for 14 years, advising on specialist contracts and supporting the advocacy where the firm has been engaged by clients to manage disputes, through arbitration, litigation and forms of ADR. Hanho Kim Hanho Kim is a highly experienced Project Manager, qualified as a Chemical Engineer and having 30 years management experience with major projects in the sectors of oil and gas and petrochemical projects internationally. He has held senior positions in Samsung Engineering involved in EPC construction throughout Korea, South East Asia and the Middle East. With Daewoo Shipbuilding, he was involved with the management of Drilling Rig construction and with Daewoo Engineering, was Commissioning Engineer on substantial Oil Refinery and Petrochemical plants.
